ពិធីប្រគល់-ទទួលអគារបន្ទប់ទឹកស្អាតនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សា ចំបក់ខាងជើង។
នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការរក្សាកុមារ បានប្រារព្ធពិធីប្រគល់-ទទួលអគារបន្ទប់ទឹកស្អាត នៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សា ចំបក់ខាងជើង ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងស្រុកសន្ទុក ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ ពិធីនេះត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធឡើងក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ុំ សន្និសិទ្ធ ទេសាភិបាលរង ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់លោកជំទាវ បណ្ឌិត ជា សិរី ទេសាភិបាល ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃអង្គការរក្សាកុមារ។
គម្រោងបន្ទប់ទឹកស្អាតនេះទទួលបានការឧបត្ថម្ភថវិកាពីធនាគារ ភ្នំពេញពាណិជ្ជ ម.ក (PPCBank)។ ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធបន្ទប់ទឹកស្អាតត្រូវបានរចនាឡើងដោយផ្តោតលើបរិយាបន្នជាចម្បង ដែលរួមមាន៖
(១) ការរចនាសមស្របនឹងកម្ពស់កុមារ៖ ផ្តល់ភាពងាយស្រួល និងសុវត្ថិភាពខ្ពស់សម្រាប់កុមារតូចៗ។
(២) ភាពឯកជន និងបរិយាបន្ន៖ បែងចែកបន្ទប់ដាច់ដោយឡែកសម្រាប់សិស្សប្រុស សិស្សស្រី និងសម្រាប់សិស្សដែលមានពិការភាព ឬសិស្សដែលត្រូវការជំនួយពីគ្រូ។
(៣) ការធានាសុវត្ថិភាព និងអនាម័យ៖ បន្ទប់ធំទូលាយ មានពន្លឺ និងខ្យល់ចេញចូលគ្រប់គ្រាន់។
(៤) ជ្រុងអនាម័យសម្រាប់សិស្សស្រី៖ គាំទ្រដល់សុខភាព សេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងតម្រូវការអនាម័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ពួកគាត់។

Handover of Clean Toilet Initiatives at Chambak Khang Cheung Primary School.
We are proud to announce the official handover of the Clean Toilet Initiative at Chambak Khang Cheung Primary School, located in Santuk district of Kampong Thom province, on September 26, 2026. The event was presided over by H.E. SUM Sannisith, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, on behalf of H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia and Chairperson of the Board of Raksa Koma Organization.
Generously funded by PPCBank, this impactful project was designed with inclusivity at its core. The new facilities feature:
(1) Child-Friendly Design: Easy and safe for young children to use.
(2) Privacy & Inclusivity: Separate spaces for boys, girls, and students with disabilities.
(3) Safety & Sanitation: Spacious layouts with ample lighting.
(4) A Girls' Corner: A dedicated space supporting the health, dignity, and private hygiene needs of female students.
