កាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី១៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ កន្លងទៅនេះ លោកជំទាវ ជា សិរី ស្ថាបនិកមូលនិធិរក្សាកុមារ បានចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីបើក "គម្រោងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងសុខភាពផ្លូវចិត្ត" ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅនៅអាគារអង្គការ TPO Cambodia ស្ថិតក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ ឧបត្ថម្ភថវិកាដោយ មូលនិធិរក្សាកុមារ និងអនុវត្តដោយអង្គការ ធីភីអូ កម្ពុជា គម្រោងនេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីសុខភាពផ្លូវចិត្តតាមរយៈយុទ្ធនាការ "កុំលាក់ទុកក្នុងចិត្ត" ឬ Stop Hiding ក៏ដូចជាគាំទ្រដល់ការផ្តល់សេវាប្រឹក្សាយោបល់ឥតគិតថ្លៃ តាមរយៈលេខទូរស័ព្ទ និងឆាតហ្វេសប៊ុក ដែលគ្រប់គ្រងដោយអង្គការ ធីភីអូ កម្ពុជា។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ គម្រោងនេះក៏មានការចូលរួមផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីសមាគមស៊ីក្លូកម្ពុជា ដែលមានការបិទស្ទិកគ័រលើស៊ីក្លូ និងពាក់អាវយឺតរបស់យុទ្ធនាការ "កុំលាក់ទុកក្នុងចិត្ត" ផងដែរ។

On Saturday, January 16, 2021, Her Excellency Chea Serey, founder of Raksa Koma Foundation (RKO), officially launched the "Project on Mental Health Awareness" at TPO Cambodia head office in Phnom Penh. Funded by RKO and implemented by TPO Cambodia, this project aims to raise awareness and provide information on mental health and mental health services via the "Stop Hiding" campaign while also providing free distant consultation via phone calls and Facebook chat. This project also enlists the help of cyclo drivers from the Cambodian Cyclo Association to spread more awareness via special campaign stickers pasted on their cyclo and the sporting of campaign T-shirts.
