កុមារី រចនា អាយុ ១០ ឆ្នាំ រៀនថ្នាក់ទី៥ នៃសាលាបឋមសិក្សាកំពង់សំណាញ់ ក្នុងក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ខេត្តកណ្ដាល កំពុងស្នាក់នៅទទួលសេវាថែទាំជំនួសក្នុងមណ្ឌលគាំពារកុមារគ្រួសារថ្មីតាខ្មៅ។ នាងមានបញ្ហាដុំពកក្រោមគ្រាប់ភ្នែកខាងឆ្វេង កាលពីអំឡុងខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ក្រុមការងារ បានសម្រេចនាំកុមារទៅពិនិត្យសុខភាពនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែកជ័យជំនះ ក្នុងក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ខេត្តកណ្ដាល មុននឹងបញ្ជូនបន្តទៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យគន្ធបុប្ផាឯភ្នំពេញ។ បន្ទាប់ពីការពិនិត្យរួចដោយមន្ទីរពេទ្យគន្ធបុប្ផាទើបក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យសម្រេចបញ្ជូនកុមារទៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យព្រះអង្គឌួងដែលមានជំនាញ និងបច្ចេកទេសខាងជំងឺភ្នែក។ ក្រោយពេលពិនិត្យដោយក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យជំនាញ ជាលទ្ធផលខាងមន្ទីរពេទ្យបានផ្ដល់បច្ចេកទេសត្រឡប់មកមន្ទីរពេទ្យគន្ធបុប្ផា និងបញ្ជូនកុមារត្រឡប់មកវះកាត់ព្យាបាលនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យគន្ធបុប្ផាវិញរហូតទទួលបានជោគជ័យ។ បន្ទាប់ពីសម្រាកព្យាបាលអស់រយៈពេលបីយប់ និងបួនថ្ងៃ កុមារបានត្រឡប់មកមណ្ឌលវិញ និងត្រូវទៅជួបគ្រូពេទ្យតាមដានស្ថានភាពតាមការណាត់ជួប។
រចនាប្រាប់ថានាងឈឺចាប់ភ្នែកផង និងភ័យខ្លាចផងនៅពេលចូលបន្ទប់វះកាត់ដោយសារមានតែម្នាក់ឯងជាមួយគ្រូពេទ្យក្នុងបន្ទប់វះកាត់ដោយមិនមានម៉ាក់មើលថែចូលទៅជាមួយ។ ក្រោយពេលព្យាបាលជាសះស្បើយ នាងមានអារម្មណ៍សប្បាយរីករាយ លែងមានការឈឺចាប់ និងការភ័យខ្លាចទៀតហើយ។
លោកស្រី ប្រាក់ វ៉ាន់ដា ជំនួយការប្រធានមណ្ឌល និងជាអ្នកទទួលបន្ទុកផ្នែកសុខភាពប្រចាំមណ្ឌលតាខ្មៅ បានប្រាប់ពីការព្រួយបារម្ភថាការវះកាត់ដោយមិនមានសាច់ញាតិកុមារនៅជិត ពិតជារឿងដែលពិបាក។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀត ក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យតម្រូវឲ្យចុះហត្ថលេខាធានាហានិភ័យលើអាយុជីវិតកុមារ។ ប៉ុន្តែទោះជាយ៉ាងណា គាត់នៅតែសប្បាយចិត្តក្នុងការមើលថែកុមារជាទីស្រលាញ់ ជាពិសេសត្រេកអរខ្លាំងក្រោយពេលវះកាត់រួច ព្រោះកុមារទទួលបានការព្យាបាលដោយជោគជ័យ និងឆ្លងផុតគ្រោះថ្នាក់។ លោកស្រីមិនភ្លេចអរគុណមន្ទីរពេទ្យគន្ធបុប្ផា និងមន្ទីរពេទ្យព្រះអង្គឌួង ដែលបានជួយសង្គ្រោះកុមារ។ អំឡុងពេលមើលថែកុមារ លោកស្រីទទួលបានការគាំទ្រពីអង្គការគ្រួសារថ្មីដូចជា ការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ទៅលើកាហូបចុក ការជួយអន្តរាគមន៍ ការលើកទឹកចិត្តពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ប្រធាន និងក្រុមការងារជាពិសេសអំឡុងពេលដែលមានការព្រួយបារម្មណ៍ខ្លាំងទៅលើស្ថានភាពជំងឺរបស់កុមារ។
ជាចុងក្រោយ លោកស្រីសូមអំពាវនាវទៅកាន់ម្ចាស់ជំនួយ ជាពិសេស «អង្គការរក្សាកុមារ» សូមមេត្តាបន្តជួយកញ្ចប់ថវិកាបំរុងជាពិសេសពេលដែលកុមារត្រូវព្យាបាលដោយការវះកាត់ ដែលមន្ទីរពេទ្យពុំមានកញ្ចប់ថវិកា។ កិច្ចគាំទ្រថវិកាសម្រាប់ការចំណាយនានានេះគឺអាស្រ័យដោយបានការគាំទ្រពីអង្គការរក្សាកុមារ។
Rachana, a 10-year-old girl in grade 5 at Kampong Samnanh Primary School in Takhmao city, Kandal province, is receiving alternative care at the Takhmao Child Protection Center of Krousar Thmey. She developed a lump under her left eye in February 2025. The team decided to take the child for a medical check-up at Chey Chumneas Referral Hospital in Takhmao, Kandal Province, before transferring her to Kantha Bopha Hospital in Phnom Penh. After examination by Kantha Bopha Hospital, the doctors decided to send the child to Ang Duong Hospital, which has expertise and techniques in ophthalmology. After examinations by experts, the hospital provided technical support to Kantha Bopha Hospital and sent the child back to Kantha Bopha Hospital for surgery and treatment until it was successful. After four days of treatment, the child returned to the center and continued to see a doctor for follow-up appointments.
Rachana said that her eyes hurt, and she was scared when she went into the operating room because she was alone with the doctor without the caregiver to take care of her. After the treatment, she felt happy, no longer in pain nor fear.
Ms. Prak Vannda, assistant director of the center and in charge of health at Takhmao Center, expressed concern that surgery without a child's relatives nearby would be difficult. In addition, the doctors required her to sign a life insurance policy for the child before operations. Despite this, she was still happy to take care of the beloved child, especially because the child received successful treatment and survived the disease. She did not forget to thank Kantha Bopha Hospital and Ang Duong Hospital for saving the child. During her time caring for the child, she received support from Krousar Thmey, such as attention to food, intervention, and encouragement from the leadership, director, and team, especially during times of great concern about the child's medical condition. Finally, she appeals to donors, especially "Raksa Koma Organization" to continue to provide funds, especially when children need surgery and the hospital does not have the funds.
