On 15 February 2016, H.E Chea Serey, founder of Raksa Koma Foundation, visited Khmer-Soviet Friendship hospital to see Cambodian children with cleft lip and palate who have been operated by Smile Cambodia. Taking that opportunity, H.E also paid a visit to family whose wife is having cancer and being cured. H.E has kindly offered a small amount of 600,000 riel for covering some daily meal and medicine! H.E promises to financially support this family, during the operation process!<\/p>\n
