Chea Serey, founder of RKF, supports Local4Local food drive by sponsoring 700 meals"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Thursday, April 22, 2021, Her Excellency Serey Chea, Founder of Raksa Koma Foundation, donated 700 FREE meals with Local4Local, a youth-run food drive supporting those in need on the streets of Phnom Penh. The meals will be distributed over a period of one week or 100 meals per day in target locations such as Central market, Kandal market, Orussey market, Wat Phnom, riverside and other areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A simple but effective food drive, Local4Local operates within allowable limitations and is generating income for small food vendors, support
